✨ The Ultimate Bachelorette Experience in Gatlinburg
Service Description
The Ultimate Bachelorette Experience is a private celebration designed for groups of 6 or more. Your group will enjoy exclusive use of our decorated event space while creating custom wood-wick candles and signature perfumes together. The experience also includes two pizzas from Smoky Mountain Brewery, one gallon of tea, one gallon of lemonade, and a complimentary 30ml honeymoon perfume for the bride. Private events are available Thursday through Sunday and require at least one week's advance notice. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. This deposit is applied toward your final event balance and is not an additional charge. Please include your preferred pizza toppings and any celebration details in the message box during booking. If needed, we'll follow up with you before your event to confirm final details and ensure everything is ready for your arrival. Looking for a more casual group outing? Bridal parties and groups of all sizes are always welcome to reserve seats during our regular studio hours without booking a private event.

Cancellation Policy
We’re so excited to host your experience at Southern Timeless Candles Candle Bar. To help everything run smoothly and ensure you have the best possible visit, please review the following: A deposit is required to reserve your experience and will be applied toward your total balance. Because we prepare space specifically for your appointment, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or make changes, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We encourage arriving on time so you can enjoy the full experience. We often have back-to-back bookings, so if you are running late, please call or text us at 865-272-9660. We will always do our best to accommodate, but late arrivals may shorten your experience. If you have any trouble finding us, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help guide you in. If a group has not arrived within 30 minutes of their scheduled time, the reservation will be considered a no-show so we can stay on schedule for the next group. For experiences that include food or beverages, guests are responsible for any allergies or dietary considerations. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to help make your visit fun, relaxing, and memorable.
