Studio & Experience Policies

Experience Deposits To ensure an intimate and intentional experience for every guest, seats at our bar are limited and held specifically for you. Because of this, all experience deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your reserved space and allows us to prepare your station with care prior to your arrival.

Retail & Shipping Policies

Hand-Poured Candles We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, a refund will be issued provided that:

  • Photo evidence of the damage is submitted within 10 days of your delivery date.

  • The candle remains unused and in its original condition.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds if photo evidence is not provided or if the candle has been lit or used.

Specialty Items

Candle Making Kits To ensure you love your fragrance before you create, we offer Scent Strips for purchase to test our library of aromas beforehand. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on Candle Making Kits. We encourage you to explore our scents through our strips to ensure your kit is exactly what you desire.
