Ingredients:
Sweet Potato Filling:
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs, beaten
Pecan Crumble Topping:
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Cook sweet potatoes: Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
Combine filling ingredients: Stir in melted butter, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and beaten eggs until well combined.
Prepare topping: In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, and flour. Add melted butter and mix until the topping is crumbly.
