Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Your Candle-Making Adventure! You've successfully booked your appointment – we're thrilled you're joining us! Get ready to create something beautiful and enjoy the relaxing process. Conveniently Located Find us in Calhoun's Shopping Center. We offer ample parking with paid options, but as a valued customer, we'll provide you with a 3-hour free parking code when you're making your candle. Important Notes Cancellation and Rescheduling: To ensure availability for all our guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. Candle Curing and Pickup: Please allow two hours for your candle to cure. For appointments booked within two hours of closing, your candle will be ready for pickup on the next business day. For Appointment Only days, pickup is scheduled 2 hours after your session. If you're unable to pick up your creation, we offer shipping options for a small fee. Your Creative Journey Candle making typically takes 30-45 minutes, but finding your perfect fragrance can take as long as you'd like! We never rush the process; enjoy the journey of discovery. Enhance Your Experience To make your session even more special, consider our exciting Add-Ons! Celebrate with unique wearables or add a touch of fun with a themed game. Simply include your request in the "message" box during checkout. Finding Us Our location might seem a bit tucked away. Use Ober Gatlinburg as a landmark – we're right across the street. Look for Calhoun's Restaurant and Cherokee Grill. The parking lot is between them. Drive all the way back, and you'll find us next to the new FiaFia smoothie shop. Need Help?
