As the chilly weather settles in, there's nothing quite like a warm cup of hot chocolate to soothe the soul. We're excited to share a variety of hot chocolate recipes throughout the month, each with its own unique twist.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for extra richness)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for a creamy, sweet base)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 drops blue food coloring (or natural blue color from butterfly pea powder)
Frosty Garnishes:
- Whipped cream
- Blue and white sprinkles or edible glitter
- Mini marshmallows
- White chocolate shavings
- Crushed candy canes or snowflake-shaped sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the white chocolate chips, stirring until they’re completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Add the vanilla extract and stir to blend.
4. Add a drop or two of blue food coloring to achieve a frosty blue hue. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Garnishing:
5. Pour the blue cocoa into mugs and top with whipped cream.
6. Decorate with blue and white sprinkles or edible glitter for a snowy effect.
7. Add mini marshmallows, white chocolate shavings, and, if desired, crushed candy canes or snowflake sprinkles for an extra wintry touch.
Serving Tip:
